Raaj the Showman is a 2009 Kannada language film starring Puneet Rajkumar and Priyanka Kothari. It was her debut in the Kannada film industry. It was directed by Prem of Jogi fame.

Plot
Muththuraj (Puneeth Rajkumar) who lives happily with his parents in a village, has only one desire; to be an actor. He comes to the city to become an actor and ends up being a junior actor in films. Meanwhile an associate director who has full confidence in his talents starts his new film with Muththuraj as the hero. But the film's heroine Parvathy (Nisha Kothari) walks out, as she is not keen on working in films but had agreed only on the persistence of the director. Muththuraj starts pestering her to work with him. Meanwhile, her 2 relatives who has underworld connections wants to marry her. She escapes with Muththuraj and she falls in love with him. The second half deals with how Muththuraj saves Parvathy and realises his dream.
